It goes without saying, the last five months have been unlike any other and the upcoming fall semester is looking to be more unique than last spring. “Fluid and flexible” will be terms to live by this school year for students to achieve success. As we ready for the fall testing season, the NLN has opted to build in a remote record and review option for all our exams.
Our focus all summer had been to provide the best uninterrupted services we could offer. While this was not always possible, we have integrated several new systems to ensure the fall semester, while we are being tasked with challenges we have never experienced before, is focused on meeting the needs of all of you. Please know that the NLN Testing Team is dedicated to supporting the needs of our customers and students to the best of our ability.
We have several new products and services for the fall semester. I am excited about the options we have in place to meet our students’ needs, including additional technical support through our partner’s vendors: 2Checkout, Examity, and Proctorio. These vendors will be there when we are not – after business hours and on weekends.
To help get you started with our new services, we ask for your assistance in completing a “Let’s Get Acquainted” form arriving in your inbox soon. You will schedule a follow-up appointment prior to submitting your responses. This appointment call will take approximately 15 minutes with a member of our team.
Following that brief conversation, we will address your specific needs for meeting August testing deadlines and testing in the new portal. Should your testing needs change from onsite to remote, we are ready to make that happen the very same day.
